Terms and Conditions

COVID UPDATE: 

Booking deposits, if requested by the photographer, will be transfered to a new date due to any Covid restrictions. If the photographer cannot do that new date the deposit is non-refundable.

Photography

Full contract available on request, stating all terms and conditions when booking wedding photography.

Please note deposits of £100 are non refundable and final payment is 6 weeks before the wedding.

Please note the photographer can perform at best when location advice is taken for the wedding day photos.

Please always allow adequate time.

Terms and conditions regarding cancellation are within the contract.

USB

Clients may purchase fully edited USB containing no set amount of images.  Quantity of images depend on weather, conditions and opportunity.

Clients must not crop or alter an image in any way.

The photographer must be credited on any social networking sites or website by tagging the website 'www.cjphotographywales.co.uk'.

Clients must not pass on any photos to third party companies without the permission of the photographer as watermarked images will be used for other businesses.

Albums

Please note albums must be ordered within 6 months of the wedding due to possible increase in album prices.

Vouchers

Vouchers purchased are refundable at any time up to 6 months of purchase.

Full refunds given if the photographer cannot fulfil the shoot due to limited availability.

Refunds are given within 24 hours return of the voucher. Please allow adequate time for the photographer to process refunds via bank transfer.

Receipt of returned voucher will be given via text/email or hand written.

Re-shoots

CJ Photography Wales offers free 30 minute re-shoot for portrait photography due to difficult circumstances.

CJ Photography Wales reserves the right to amend any policies or pricing at any time due to changes in circumstance. Notification of updates will be displayed here.
